What services do you offer?
I provide coaching services specifically for women who are pre- and postnatal, as well as those transitioning through perimenopause. My focus is on helping you achieve your fitness goals in a supportive environment.
How do I get started?
Getting started is easy! Simply fill out the contact form to schedule a free consultation. During this session, we’ll discuss your fitness goals and determine if we’re a good fit for each other.
How often should I train?
I generally recommend 2-3 sessions per week for optimal results, but we can create a schedule that best fits your lifestyle and goals.
What should I wear to my training sessions?
Wear comfortable, breathable workout clothing and a supportive sports bra. If you plan to bring your baby to the session, please bring your preferred baby carrier. It’s also a good idea to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. If you are currently pregnant, please bring a light snack as well.
Do you offer nutrition guidance?
Yes! I provide nutrition guidance to complement your training. However, please note that I am not a certified nutritionist.
What if I have injuries or specific health concerns?
Please inform me of any injuries or health concerns during your initial consultation. We can modify exercises to accommodate your needs, ensuring that your training is safe and effective.
What is your cancellation policy?
I require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you miss a session without prior notice, it will be counted as a completed session.
What payment options do you accept?
I currently accept cash and Venmo. I also offer packages that provide discounts for multiple sessions.
What makes your training different?
As a certified pre- and postnatal and menopause fitness coach, I bring both professional expertise and personal experience to my sessions. Having two children and personally transitioning through perimenopause allows me to connect on a deeper level with my clients. My focus is on creating a positive and motivating environment to help you reach your goals, and I’m always here to listen.
