At Bainbridge Island Women’s Fitness, I offer personalized health and fitness coaching for women throughout key stages of life, including pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause. As a certified coach and mother of two, I understand the unique challenges women face as their bodies and lives change. My approach combines evidence-informed strategies with individualized coaching to help you build strength, confidence, and sustainable health and wellness habits.

I offer personalized one-on-one coaching tailored to your specific needs, goals, and stage of life. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, or menopause, we’ll create a fitness plan designed to support your body and help you feel strong, capable, and confident. I take into consideration your individual needs, health history, and goals to ensure your workouts are safe, effective, and appropriate for you.
For postpartum clients, your infant is always welcome at our sessions. When appropriate, we can even incorporate your baby into your workout.

Together, we’ll establish realistic goals that fit your life and evolve as your needs change. Whether you’re rebuilding strength after pregnancy or navigating the physical changes of perimenopause and menopause, our work will focus on helping you move with greater strength, confidence, and ease. My goal is to provide a supportive environment where you can build lasting habits and feel empowered in your body.
“As a woman and mother in the overload of today’s society and current stage of life, I knew that I needed to be and feel strong. Jill meets me where I am and not only supports the growth of my physical strength but also creates a safe space to speak to what has been emotionally stored in my body. It is more than just strength training, it is an “all being” workout!” -Sarah D

“I had a fantastic experience working with Jill at Bainbridge Island Women’s Fitness! She really takes the time to understand your health history through a detailed questionnaire, which made me feel confident that she knows exactly how to approach my fitness needs. Jill was incredibly attentive, providing exercises that are tailored to my personal goals while also being mindful of areas I need to avoid due to past issues. I love that she specializes in working with women at all stages of life—whether it’s pre/post-pregnancy, or navigating pre-menopause. She’s all about helping women stay healthy and strong. Highly recommend!” -Natalia C

“Jill offered much more than an exercise session – she brought coaching that was personalized just for me, and instruction that was tailored to the unique needs and challenges of a woman’s body. I felt like she paid attention to my life circumstances and history so that she could make fitness accessible and doable for me. I’ve participated in lots of exercise and fitness programs over the years, but I still worked through movements with Jill that I hadn’t seen before and that strengthened my muscles in a very targeted way. I highly recommend partnering with Jill for any woman seeking to level up their physical fitness, gain strength, or re-shape their relationship with exercise!” -Brittany K

“I had an excellent personal training session with Jill. As someone who is active but has never had a gym membership – nor done a personal training session before – she was compassionate, supportive, and really spent the time to explain the process and make sure my form was correct and I understood the moves. The tips on nutrition and water consumption were especially helpful, in light of my age and changes I need to be making due to perimenopause. Her supportive and thoughtful demeanor made the entire session very enjoyable. I was (pleasantly) sore after the workout – I definitely moved in new ways! – and look forward to my next session. Thank you, Jill!” -Alison L
